The more we are doing the inner work, the easier it will be to stay focused and on track, have the tools and awareness to navigate the rapids, and remain centred and happy, regardless of what is happening in the world.

This fully inclusive retreats are held in a luxury villa in Bedfordshire with delicious homemade nourishing food, an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, underfloor heating, orthopedic beds, ensuite bathrooms in every room and 2 acres of beautiful gardens.

On this Reset Retreat we will journey to connect to our hearts, release old traumas, grief or regrets. and find purpose and the reason for why we are here at this time on Earth.

We will be using powerful plants that create deep long lasting healing and transformation:

Ceremonial-Grade Cacao: opens the heart, and releases any blocked trauma or emotion.

Blue Lotus: is a plant that has been used traditionally for thousands of years as a natural aphrodisiac, sleep aid, and anxiety reliever.

Mushrooms: dissolve stress and anxiety, help us find clarity and focus, and heal wounds and trauma that  are locked in the body.
