I have spent the last two months in the Amazon, and for two weeks I dieted a 35 metre tree called Ayahuma that has a headless spirit. This meant I was in a deep space of connection with Mother Earth for 11 days with no thoughts, just in the heart and body (utter bliss).
It was a very powerful, transformational experience, as I was able to go into profound silence to do my own inner work and release the accumulation of stresses that 2024 had built up.
My batteries are now back to full charge, my mind is clear and my heart is full, and I am excited to be able to come back and support you in your journey to wholeness.
We have three Reset Retreats coming up that are going to be very powerful and transformational.
Our Winter Reset Retreat from 30th Nov - 2nd December is a wonderful way to integrate, reflect and make sense of 2024. Dissolve the build up of stress and anxiety, find forgiveness to anyone who has hurt you, and complete with this year, and start preparing for 2025. Our New Year Reset Retreat from 10th - 12th January is the perfect way to kick off the new year and ensure you know where you are going, what you want to manifest and stay focused and on track. Get clear what you want to manifest in 2025, and strengthen your self belief and trust in life that you have everything you need to make it happen.
Our Spring Reset Retreat from 21st - 23rd March is over the Spring Equinox, and the perfect retreat to see how 2025 is flowing and prepare for the Summer. Equinoxes can also be quite challenging times, so it's the perfect opportunity to reset and ensure you are focused and on track for the year.
These Reset Retreats use three powerful transformational plants; Cacao, Blue Lotus and Mushrooms to help you journey to connect to your heart, release old traumas, grief or regrets. and find purpose and the reason for why we are here at this time on Earth.
The more we are doing the inner work, the easier it will be to stay focused and on track, have the tools and awareness to navigate the rapids, and remain centred and happy, regardless of what is happening in the world.
These fully inclusive retreats are held in a luxury villa in Bedfordshire with delicious homemade nourishing food, an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, underfloor heating, orthopedic beds, ensuite bathrooms in every room and 2 acres of beautiful gardens.
