I am an eco-consciousness pioneer that has walked a shamanic Plant Medicine path for over 28 years.
I found this path in 1997, while I working as a manager in a hotel in Machu Picchu, Peru. I fell down a mountain during my afternoon run, and thought I was going to die, but a tree saved me. That evening a Peruvian Amazon Shaman came to me in a vision and told me he had been waiting for me, could show me my purpose, and why I was still alive.
So I flew to the Amazon and found my teacher, Don Juanito (the Shaman from my vision), and became his apprentice. The experience changed my life and put me on a life-long path of aligning myself with the natural rhythms and flows of nature, and working with the Plant Medicines to help bring myself, my community and Nature, back into balance.
I facilitate monthly online New or Full Moon Online Ceremonies, Solstice and Equinox Ceremonies, Cacao Ceremonies, and Shamanic Journeys, It is essential ‘sacred time within sacred space’ to integrate, reflect and evaluate what is happening in your life, find clarity, and hear your intuition.
Ritual Cacao Ltd, my ceremonial-grade cacao company, sources directly from local communities from the Choco Andino Bio Reserve in Ecuador. Our farmer’s only grow organic ancient heirloom Fino de Aroma Cacao with absolutely no chemicals, and GMO/hybrids. Our farmers still use traditional agricultural practices, and we fairly trade with them, ensuring that every stakeholder flourishes, including the ecosystems that the cacao grows in.

I am also Managing Director of The British Hemp Alliance. We are Hemp Phytoremediation specialists, and the UK’s leading organisation championing industrial hemp as a powerful environmental crop. The BHA advocates for the strategic use of industrial hemp to support the UK in the decarbonisation of industries, phytoremediation and advancing regenerative land use.
BHA is also part of consortium that has been funded for 5 years by Innovate UK to explore the benefits of Hemp as a carbon crop.

This Moon kicks off a new Zodiac cycle and represents new beginnings, and as all the major planets are direct, this is a fertile time to plant your seeds.
The only challenging aspect is the Mars, the ruler of Aries, is in a close conjunction to Saturn, meaning that issues of self-doubt may rise to the surface, and the feeling that we may not be good enough, or there are too many obstacles, to reach our dreams.
To balance out any doubt or fear, Chiron is aligning with the New Moon, giving our mission and purpose a big boost, and propelling us naturally forward with synchronistic connections, meetings and opportunities opening up.
Mercury, Mars, Saturn, and Neptune are also conjunct during this New Moon, as well as being sextile to Pluto, sparking our inspiration and creativity and fuelling our inner confidence. Try to tune out the inner critic, the outer skepticism and any blocks that seem to be in the way.
This is a great time to do a spring clean and tie up any lose ends, because if you are juggling too many balls it will become easy to feel overwhelmed, and pressured to make things happen.
This New Moon can also fuel arrogance and a certain version of the truth, to the detriment of those who believe a different truth. There may be so much push back against perceived disinformation and delusion, igniting frustration, anger and irritation, and leading to aggressive communications, dramas, fracturing of friendships and communities.
The key this moon is to balance the pressure of taking action, with being patient and taking life moment to moment.
Things are moving very fast and this Aries New Moon is reminding us that we are not in control, even if we think we are. The more we can Surrender, Trust, Allow, Receive, and stay focused on our next step, very often obstacles can magically dissolve and things seem to naturally fall into place

In these turbulent times, it’s important to remember what we have, and to give thanks for the abundance that comes from our Mother Earth — the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, and the ground beneath our feet.
This ceremony is a moment to pause and reconnect.
To step away from the noise, chaos and confusion, and come back to what really matters.
We will take time to acknowledge all the blessings and abundance in our own lives, our loved ones, and the simple things that make life magical.
Together, we will send our collective love, peace and compassion to all the places in the world where there is war, unrest, famine, ecological damage and environmental destruction. To those in refugee camps, those forced to leave their homes, and all who are displaced, lost or forgotten.
This is also a time to remember that we are not separate from any of this. Our vibrations matter, and sending our love and compassion out into the world makes a big difference on the energetic level.

The most passionate Full Moon of the year, on the the most passionate festival of the year, Beltane, the celtic festival that celebrates the beginning of Summer. creating a bonfire of energy that we will all be feeling.
Passion can be both a positive and negative emotion. When it is illuminated by the Moon in Scorpio can be channelled into service and helping others, as well as serving our family and community.
If it is motivated by the Taurus sun it can be very selfish, and focused on material goods, personal professions and our own personal needs, rather than service to others.
What is this Full Moon exposing or illuminating for you? If something has been building inside you since the March Equinox, this Full Moon will demand you release the energy is burst of passion, inspiration and creativity.
This Scorpio Full Moon is turning our attention to the unseen, and the mysterious, and reminds us not to ignore see beyond what is happening beneath the surface. In other words, dig a bit deeper to see the truth of a situation.
However, with Pluto squaring the Moon, you may feel a sense of loss, or anxiety, especially if this Full Moon brings revelations you were not prepared for.
The key to surfing this lunar wave is to be open to synchronicities and transformations that often happen during this Moon cycle that will help you to express this build up of energy.

The Northern Hemisphere is in full abundance, and this is the perfect time to pollinate your ideas and visions as we reach the peak of summer on 21st June.
The Summer Solstice is an important festival to connect with nature and honour the faery folk. The veil between their world and ours is at its thinnest, and if you want to see them, the lore says you need to rub fern seed onto your eyelids at midnight.
Traditionally, birch, fennel, St. John’s Wort, orpin, and white lilies were placed over front doors and around homes. Rue, roses, vervain, and trefoil were also revered for their magical properties at midsummer.
This is a time to honour the light, celebrate what we have learnt over the past six months, and recognise how we have blossomed and grown, like the nature around us. It represents change — the ending of a cycle and the beginning of a new one.
It is an opportunity to thank Mother Earth for the experience of Life.

From the mountains of Machu Pichu to the Amazon rainforest, this short documentary will take you on a journey to learn how the people of the Peruvian Amazon live, and how the Shaman’s work with Ayahuasca, and other powerful plant medicines.
Filmed in 2012, by Alexander Ward, this documentary charts my story of how I met a Plant Medicine Shaman in 1998, while working in a hotel in Machu Picchu, and became his apprentice.

The Shaman's Last Apprentice is the true story of my apprenticeship with an Ayahuasquero shaman. A vision, after a near death experience summoned me from the mountains of Machu Picchu and lead me to a little village tucked away on a tributary of the Amazon River. There I found the life changing medicine, learnt the ancient wisdom of the powerful plant Ayahuasca, and discovered the truth about myself. This book brings back a message of hope from this sacred place for these of instability and change.

Beyond Ilusion charts in detail the metamorphosis process I went through after my profound Peruvian Amazon Plant Medicine apprenticeship, in 1998 with the maestro Don Juanito. It tells how I had to start ‘Living Shamanically,’ in order to rediscover my true self in the urban jungles of London. Come through the darkness of my own hopelessness, and go beyond the illusions of what I’d been conditioned to believe, to finally find the answers to my questions, ‘Who Am I?’ and ‘Why am I here?’ Beyond Illusion was printed with a hemp cover and unbleached recycled paper.
