Embracing Autumn

I love October, as we head deeper into autumn and see the fruits of our labours. The sunlight always seems more golden at this time of year, as the nights get longer and the days are shorter. The smell of fallen leaves, roasted chestnuts and bonfires remind me that it's time to change pace and slow down.

It is the pause before the encroaching winter, as we harvest the last of our crops, and recognise how far we have come. As the summer intensity recedes, we must turn our attention forwards to the last quarter of 2019.

The rest of this year is going to go super fast so this is a crucial time to get your intentions and desires clear, so that you can focus the energy on where you want it to go.

Decisions need to be made and sometimes, when we cannot see exactly where we are going, it is challenging to know if we are making the right ones. Especially, if we are paralysed by FEAR.

There is no easy way to go through the fear. A key is to change the way we think about ourselves. This autumn have a new vision of yourself and hold it strong in your heart and mind.

Looking in the mirror twice a day, reflecting this vision back at you will help you to gain the confidence you need to manifest your dreams, especially if they are outside your comfort zone. When we change the way we feel about ourselves the external world begins to reflect our inner shift.

Wishing you all an inspiring and nurturing October
Enjoy the flow wherever it takes you this month,
and looking forward to our paths crossing soon!
